CSI Cleaning Services is a locally owned and operated cleaning company based in Maui, Hawaii. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, window washing, power washing, and housekeeping.

We aim to deliver all services as described during the booking or quoting process. Services may vary depending on the scope of work, location, or specific needs.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and service needs so we can deliver the best possible results.
🔹 3. Booking and Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through direct contact.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

If we arrive and are unable to access the property, we reserve the right to charge a trip fee.
🔹 4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit card, or electronic payment. Late payments may incur a fee.
Quotes provided are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions at the time of service (e.g., extra rooms, heavy staining, additional services requested on-site).
🔹 5. Service Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains or damage, especially in cases of permanent discoloration or heavy wear.
🔹 6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take great care in our work, CSI Cleaning Services is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to carpets, fabrics, grout, or surfaces

Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value

Pet-related or pest-related complications
You agree to notify us of any sensitive areas or known risks before service begins.
